The hotel is located in a quiet area, away from the crowds, but still conveniently close to public transportation and popular attractions. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, offering a comfortable stay. The breakfast selection is good, with fresh croissants and a variety of options to choose from.
All was good.

The hotel was in a great quiet location. Only 10 minutes from the Venice Santa Lucia train station. The breaksfasts supplied were fresh and great. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.
My room was very small but I was traveling alone. There were other rooms much larger that slept three, etc.

The bathroom was rather new.
The hotel was a 2 star hotel. I thought in my selection that the hotel was a 3 star. Can you please advise me on this. This is why I scored you poor on hotel info. If I was mistaken, I'd score you excellent and recommend Booked.net to friends. Also, the hotel was called a different name. Got me confused and worried. I would recommend this hotel only if I got my understanding that the hotel was a 3 star wrong as my expectation of the hotel was higher

This hotel is in an amazing location right in the heart of the city center, tucked away in a quiet street. It's perfect for exploring Venice, and being close to the train station is very convenient. The rooms are comfortable and the bed was great for a good night's sleep. I also loved the fact that the rooms were kept spotlessly clean. The breakfast, served in the courtyard garden, was a real treat with fresh warm croissants and coffee made on demand.
All was perfect.
